The Challenge
Tanzania's rental market was fragmented — tenants relied on unreliable brokers, paid inflated fees, and had no way to verify landlords. No centralized trusted platform existed for the country's rapidly urbanizing population.
Our Solution
We built a verified marketplace with identity validation (NIDA/passport), AI-powered bilingual search (Swahili/English), real-time messaging with contact unlock, and mobile payment integration via M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, and Airtel Money.

Our Solution
Stock Pool technology aggregates real-time inventory across 200+ vendors — if one is out, the system auto-sources from another. AI dispatch matches the nearest, highest-rated rider for 10-15min express delivery.
